A high-energy fan experience designed to reward, engage and do good.
Created for Billie Eilish’s Co-op Live shows, the activation was designed to connect with dedicated fans who had been queueing for hours, turning waiting time into something memorable, rewarding and on-brand.
The experience combined a Co-op ice cream van with an interactive Shoot Out game, encouraging fans to recycle their drinks cans by shooting hoops in exchange for prizes, from snacks and ponchos to exclusive Billie Eilish merchandise and ticket giveaways .
Designed to be bold, playful and purpose-led, the activation blended entertainment with sustainability, creating a social, high-energy space that kept fans engaged while reinforcing Co-op’s commitment to doing good.
Built for Lewis Capaldi’s Co-op Live shows, the activation rewarded fans as they entered the venue with an unexpected offer: free, hot pizza.
The Slice Station became the focal point, supported by roaming teams distributing slices and driving traffic through the space. Designed to feel generous, premium and immediate, the experience turned a product sample into something worth talking about.
The result was rapid, high-volume engagement with queues forming instantly and all 2,000 slices claimed within the hour.
